How To Use:
1.Pour 4 cups of milk or yogurt into the white container and microwave for 15 minutes. (*DO NOT microwave the green lid and colander.)
2. Add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice or vinegar (Tip: use the smaller section of the lid for measurement!), and 1/2 teaspoon of optional salt into the mixture.
3.Stir the mixture well; cover and let it stand for 30 minutes.
4.Pour the mixture through the filtering colander; press firmly on the cheese to get rid of the excess water.
5.After separation, cover the cheese and cool it in the refrigerator for fresher enjoyment!
