How to do soap brows:

Step 1: Dampen the spoolie of your Brow Lift Applicator with water, then use the flat end to apply a little bit of Clear Eye Brow Gel directly to eyebrows.

Step 2: Brush spoolie through your brows and gel, directing hairs upwards for a fluffy, lifted look that stays put.

Step 3: Fill in sparse areas of your brows with your favorite e.l.f. cosmetics eyebrow makeup color.
